In July 2015, St George's Church in Crowhurst played host to a beautiful flower festival with the theme of the "Poetry and Prose from the First World war". The organisers of the festival kindly asked the society if we could produce a display for the altar window. Our display was entitled "The Rose of No-man's Land" and is based on a poem by Jack Caddigan and James Alexander-Brennan.
